We live in an age of rapid scientific and technological development. A time where humans live in a more abstract complex system we constructed to understand and express our views on the world. An era where people are digitally connected to everyone and everything around us.
But this very “structure” let us only see the surface of our complex world, the event.
In fact we are disconnected not only of our self but to others and the physical world around us.
The natural world and our digitalised modern constructed society live parallel.
In our way of thinking, our mental model, we have constructed a division between the two.
Therefor it is important for our modern society to blend these systems to further develop in a more symbiotic way.
So these system can live side by side. Instead of a parasitic relationship where our technological development lives of the also constantly developing natural eco system we call our home.
If we find a way to let these systems act in a way with patterns that do not interfere with one other, it would reconnect us and our lives with the world around us. This would be a transition from being an ego world to an eco world.
